It is solved.
The problem is that your GotoMeeting app doesnt work with this soundcard.
You need to update the app.
Using google chrome works perfect.

Hi blindway,
Welcome to the GoTo Community. I'm not able to view the image on my work computer, if possible can you post it as a screenshot?
One thing you may also check is for updated audio drivers.

Please, try to access the link, it is safe.
The Ae9 drivers are updated. Im using Windows 11 Pro N 21H2 updated.
Im in contact with Creative to identify if the issue is yours or not.
Would be nice if you can tell me if this hardware is compatible with Goto or not because it is not a regular sound card, it works trough the ACM (Audio Control Module), maybe that is the question or maybe not but the soundcard works great but with your software.
This is the link of the soundcard.

Hi blindway,
If Windows recognizes your sounds card and uses it GoTo Meeting should as well, but I have seen cases where high-end audio devices we not recognized until they were set to regular stereo 44.1 khz. Can you check your audio settings in Windows and test?

Yes and No. I mean, when i am in GotoMeeting session, on the right there are 2 icon settings, the lower right (there is where i can see my ae9 detected and the ring bell sound test works ok but i cant hear my teammates), and the other icon setting is in the upper right, there is where gotomeeting shows the errors that i posted before.
I had the Sound Blaster X-fi Titanium Fatal1ty Professional Series before this Ae9 and gotomeeting worked fine at 32 bits 192khz (The Ae9 is set now at 32 bits 384khz but i tested at 16 bits 44khz with same issue).
I think the problem is that Gotomeeting doesnt understand the Ae9 advanced DAC 9038 or there is an incompatibility issue with the Creative Software and Gotomeeting.
Anyway i cant do more test that i would like to cause im just a gotomeeting teammate, im not the session teacher so i need time to do more test like you said changing bitrates etc..
