    Hi GraceandLu welcome to the GoTo Community,

     

    If you select "Share Application" attendees will only see the actions you take with that application. If you select "Share Screen"  attendees will see whatever view you choose in PowerPoint. 

     
    Can you provide the steps you are taking to share the screen, set-up (are you using just a computer or computer and monitor)  and type of device you are using so I can replicate your experience? Thanks.

I am having the same issue. I am using PowerPoint, Windows 11. I have always been able to use presenter mode until 3 months ago. GoTo shows my entire PowerPoint as if I'm working on it without presenter view.
