Welcome to the Community ERTCh you can update your photo with the new Goto app experience, this article shows how that can be done.
Is there an update to this feature yet? GTM competitors (Zoom & Teams) are way ahead.
Kcain I have pretty much given up on GoToMeeting adding anything new other than very very minor things like supporting zoom with a mouse wheel! You can see their last release notes at

Note most things are bug fixes, or even removing features.
Meanwhile, their competitors add new features monthly.
