Security of Meeting Titles

Are the titles of our meetings saved or transferred anywhere except in our gotoMeeting account? 

I read they are saved for 90 days.

 

We would like to include sensitive information in the meeting title, such as the information of client names. Is this information anywhere available outside of our company?

    Your meeting history can be seen by the scheduling Organizer, account Administrators, and GoToMeeting support staff. 

     

    Meeting history currently extends 12 full months before expiring.
