Connection Issues
Anyone else having a lot of connection issues today? Users have been calling me all day. They either can't connect, or their session freezes and then are unable to re-connect. Re-starting GTMPC on th...
There's definitely something going on. I just had a new computer freeze mid-session and now I cannot reconnect even though I have rebooted it. I have another existing connection working just fine.
Another user with same issue. Asked them to click the restart GoToMyPC option. Didn't' work. I had to connect to their computer and restart the service before they were able to connect.
