Sporadic freezing for a few seconds
I have been experiencing sporadic freezing for the past few weeks. The freezing lasts for about 10-20 seconds and occurs more than 10 times a working day (8AM-5PM). In the beginning, I thought it was caused by my internet connection. After days of trouble-shooting my router, modem, and wi-fi signal interference, changing GoToMyPC preference (Color quality to 256 Colors and Performance to Better Speed), nothing helped. Eventually, I realized that GoToMyPC could be the problem. So, I opened a web browser side by side of my GoToMyPC client. When the freezing happened, I immediately tested my internet connection using the browser. Woala... my internet connection was excellent.
Every morning, when I log in to my host computer, I receive a warning message saying "Speed test failed: session quality has changed to your host preference settings. click here to learn more". Whenever, I do a session diagnostics, it always shows Internet Upload Speed (0.00 NA), Internet Download Speed (0.00 NA) for both the host computer and my computer.
The host computer is Windows 11, its graphic card is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650, its internet test speed is Download 70Mbps/Upload 25Mbps). My computer is Windows 10, graphic card is NVIDIA GeForce GT 710, and internet test speed is 250Mbps/250Mbps.
Except Windows Security, both computers do not run any 3rd party anti-virus program.
Any ideas?
