Super Dark Black Screen During GoToMyPC Remote Session
Hi everyone,
Super Dark Black screen appears every time I connect to my remote computer using GoToMyPC. The connection seems to establish, but I cannot see or interact with anything on the remote desktop. Both the host and remote computers are running Windows 10.
I have tried restarting both systems, reinstalling the software, and checking my network connection, but the issue persists.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? Are there any specific settings or steps I should try to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
