Welcome to the Community. I'm not aware of audio issues when using drawing tools. Can you provide a bit more about the experience? How long is audio dropped? When you stop using the tools the issue is resolved? Any similiters in the type of device used?
I can also create a case and have support review the Trainings that were affected. If you have a link to the recording or Training IDs that would be helpful. You can message me the details by clicking on my username KateG, you will then see the option on the top right.

KateGVRLDOWe have the same issue since very recently and it seems the painiting function when getting activated interrupts audio for a short time.
Networks are stable and issue is ocuring over several trainers in completely different locations who never had this issue before.
