Participants not being place in breakout rooms

I had a participant drop during a session when we were using breakout rooms. When she rejoined she was not placed in a breakout room but was in the main room with me? Is this expected? How do I get a person into a breakout if they drop during a session?

    Hi Karen40.
     
    In case a participant is dropped out while she/he is in the breakoutroom, the easiest way to get here/him back is:
    • Start CHROME. 
    • Click on the three vertical points on the right screen border, to customize and control CHROME.
    • Click on HISTORY and then on RECENTLY CLOSED.
    Normaly CHROME connect the participant back into the breakoutroom.
