Yes they did try to call but they didn't input the correct country code. it's Malta so +356. All I need is the invoice by email, payment methods and the date of when it is from and to.

Reviewing the case, I see they tried to call but were not able to get through. I've requested a callback and invoices be emailed. You may also want to try and follow up by phone, there has been some delay with email support the past couple of weeks. 

Please treat this as urgent and take care of it this week. I have been chasing for months and it's ridiculous. You have a great product but terrible customer service.

managed to log in. I need you to please send me the invoice for this year, and the invoice for the upcoming year. These are not showing on the portal. There are some invoices showing but i'm not sure if they're correct and none are showing as paid.

Nothing has been fixed so far. Please send over the invoice and a payment link for us to renew or fix your portal. We'd like to get this sorted ASAP as it's been a month just to pay a single invoice.
