Direct link to GoTo Webinar ROOM (without registration)

Hello, I am planning to host a webinar for 25 participants, during which I intend to stream a pre-recorded video. To facilitate this, I have decided to go through GoToWebinar, as our current platform, GoTo Meeting, does not support video playback. Sharing screen with video in GoTo Meeting doesn't have sufficient quality.

Our attendees register directly through our portal, and I would like to provide them with direct access links to the webinar room without requiring them to register again. However, I have only found options to generate registration links, not direct access links.

Is there a way to bypass the additional registration step and provide our pre-registered attendees with direct access (one universal link) to the webinar?

    Hi Petasek, welcome to the community.

     

    It is not possible to bypass attendee registration for GoTo Webinar, every attendee joins using a unique join link that is emailed to them. There are integrations and an API available that can be used to connect to 3rd party platforms for registration, but as you have already registered them you could use Bulk Registration feature to upload their details. 

     

    You will want to let the attendees know that you are registering them for the session so that they do not treat the email with their unique join link as SPAM. Bulk Registration should only be used with attendees that have consented to being registered.
