Error message when trying to assign a gotowebinar license

When trying to apply this license to a user, I receive an error banner.

    Hi there, seems like I needed tor remove the trial first, then I was able to apply the new license.

ncharlet  I'm sorry the pictures you captured did not save correctly on your Community post.  If it's still occurring, can you describe what the message says?
