We haven’t received any reports of issues and there were no outages with webinar recordings on November 5th and 6th. To help us investigate further, could you please provide a bit more detail?
- Was the recording local or cloud recordings?
- Were you able to start and end the webinars normally?
- Did you receive any error messages after the events, or while trying to access the recordings?
Our support team can also review what happened, we need the Webinar ID. I can create a case for you if you Message me the ID. Thanks.
