Why are my Registrants Limited to 2,500?

Hello, Please I paid for GotoWebinarPro Yesterday and my Webinar attendee limit is 1,000 but why are my registrants limited to 1,000 instead of 10X the number of attendees.  Please help me out

    Hi EvangelistAI, welcome to the community.

     

    Registrations for new GoTo Webinar accounts are limited to 2.5 times the number of attendees that can actually join the webinar, the limit is increased after the account has been in good standing for a period of time. 

     

    Please note that attendees are expected to register themselves through the registration page or opt-in through one of the 3rd party integrations available. We take SPAM complaints about GoTo Webinar accounts very seriously and terminate offending account immediately.
