Need help routing calls
We are having trouble calling back numbers that called us and we've spoken to. Is there a easier way to view the last person one employee spoke to? While on the phone, a few other calls may have come in, so it gets lost in the list.
We have two company extensions that ring multiple numbers - is there a way to view only which number picked up?
The easiest way I know in the mobile app is to check the recent call log, it should show the extension rang, if a call was in red, you know it was missed, if it was answered, it would be grey. You can also press the green (i) icon to find out more details like how long the call was, to clue you in on who you were speaking with.
