SMS Registration Edits & Submission

Hello - First time submitter. My initial campaign was rejected and I received a email to make corrections.  I selected the edit button, made the changes, then submitted it (multiple times).  That being said, the status did not change back to 'In Progress' or 'In Review' nor was there any confirmation that I submitted changes. Will my application be reviewed or is there another step in the process?

Additionally, the reason(s) for decline (see below) has been addressed but I still have a declination of my application. Thank you for your help!

Reason for Failure: DCA2 declined sharing request for campaign CV29HAJ. Explanation: Compliant privacy policy is required, add link and/or verbiage for compliant Privacy policy disclosures (state that no mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties). (805)

    The Carrier's AI is designed to help pre-screen applications, and if any changes have been made, the Carrier should be able to see those updates during their review.
