I agree, the registration process is frustrating for all involved. While the requirements are the same for everyone registering (no matter who their provider is) how easily you meet those requirements is going to be determined by individual factors like the type of business you run, how you use SMS messaging and what resources you have available to make the required changes. We spend a lot of time communicating with the Carriers trying to improve the chances of our customers' registrations being approved, but at the end of the day that decision is made by a team appointed by the Carriers themselves. We do make appeals for another review when we think they may have missed something, but ultimately service providers have to go along with their decisions.
