Cancellation and Refund Request for HAMACHI Subscription

Hello,

I have been charged for Hamachi even though I am not using it. I would like to cancel the payment and remove the registered card information, but I am unable to delete it. The payment was made on January 3, 2025. I kindly request a refund, the removal of the card payment information, and the cancellation of the subscription plan.
