Hamachi subscription cancellation and refund

I am not good at English. I use a translator. I am from Korea

Payment has already been completed. How to cancel your subscription and get a refund

This is not possible via phone method. help. 😞

    But I didn't hear about a refund.

    It was an unwanted payment. Please refund.😭

      Our support team has emailed you and you need to reply to them, we do not process cancelations or refund requests in the community.

        I received an email regarding a refund and they told me to reply, which I did, but they kept telling me to contact someone else. What should I do? 

        I asked to contact Lisa's manager, but I couldn't find her.

      The reason for canceling your subscription is to avoid using it in the future.
      Since the payment was completed a day ago, please cancel and refund. complicated.... please 😞
