Problems again???

hamachi deleted all the users from my account, today I logged in because I was on vacation and everything appears blank, without networks without users????????? this way you can't work

    The truth is that it is very frustrating, even if you do not buy the license, the configurations have to be maintained, I do not understand how they do that with the clients.

    But how can it be that being a subscriber they delete all my networks??? It is a terrible service, the fact that it took me a while is not an excuse.

    Unfortunately, since it has been so long you would need to set them up again.

    Hi Glen, how are you? No, because I have been on a long vacation, but all the users and networks I had created disappeared, how can that happen? On one of the servers I have the old network active but on the hamachi panel I don't have anything else as if they had reset them

    Hi pablotobio,

    It looks like you have not yet resolved the billing renewal issue for your account. I see that support sent you quote by email on October 2nd, but they have not received a reply.
