VPN from 2 PC

They told me about this software and I would like to understand how it works and how I can use it to create a VPN with a customer's PC.
I would have to go through the VPN and program a Device for it.

Can you help me?
Thank you.

      GlennD Thankyou for your replay

I'm trying to understand... Reading the first article
What Is Hamachi?  This says that:

      • Free subscription allows you to have 5 members in a network

I establish that a Free account can probably already satisfy my current needs.
I need to create a VPN between my PC and that of a "Prospective Client"
      This is right ?

Considering that I need to be able to operate on that PC using the VPN, I could try setting up either a "Hub and spoke" or a "gateway"

I then went to my profile and created both types of networks. in order to try them both.

I downloaded and installed "Hamachi" Software on my PC.

Having started the software, I try to connect... using the appropriate button... he mulls it over a bit and then replies that he can't connect.

Identical result even if I start the "Diagnostic Tools"

I would like to add the two networks created on my profile via the site to the software... but it doesn't allow me anything... the items in the "Network" menu remain grey.

      So I'm stuck for now

        GoTo Manager

A Mesh Network would allow you and your client's computers to see each other like a regular LAN. Once the network is created you would connect to it with the client software on your computer and you client would do the same on theirs.

The software being unable to connect to the network you have created is typically a firewall issue. We have a number of support articles on connectivity that you can review.
