"Add Computer" greyed out

Running  LogMeIn Client Version 4.1.6934 (PlugIn: 1.0.1957) on a Macbook (El Capitan)

 

I just posted a problem I have with the My Computers list here.

 

I wnated to use Add Computer to restore the computers mising from my list (all but one have vanished) but the button is greyed out and the "+" icon does not respond either (is it supposed to?).  

 

Any and all assistance appreciated.

    hubcapbrian  Sorry for the connection difficulty there.  Have you tried the Add Computer option on a new client that doesn't have LMI installed anywhere?
