    I'm sorry to hear this. Can you explain a bit more about what is happening? How are you tying to access Pro? Have you attempted any troubleshoots?

      The error code is d772624142.

      I can't log in, so I'm writing here using a different account.

        I see you have a corporate account with the email you are using and you should have access.
