Authentication fails because I am already in... which I am NOT!!!!

Simple setup. Has been working perfectly for 3 weeks.  I have not logged in from my remote comupter (the only one) for a couple of days for access to my work computer and now it lets me get to the part where authentication is the last step of three in connecting. It fails to do that everytime because another remote client is already on. The IP address is ME!! Since I only have one computer, something is off. I have rebooted my remote computer and looked for any open logmein files in Task Manager, but nothing.

HELP!
