Sorry for the recent behavior change there.
Since the problem began have you tried a full re-install of the LMI endpoint software on the Mac host ?

It's a fresh install on a new computer.

I could trash the present software install and reinstall if you think that is the problem. I have had compatibility issues with other software with the new M1 chip and find it easy to (rightly or wrongly) find the hardware suspect. Wondered if anyone one else is running LogMeIn on the new chipset without issue.

Exactly the same issues here with a new M1 24" iMac
