Can connect from outside firewall to inside but not other way around
Small business. Can connect from their remote computers to their biz desktops through the Sonicwall. But, they cannot connect from their business desktops to their remote computers. Nor can they connect to another computer on the local network using logmein, since I believe it must go through the firewall for this to work properly (not the most efficient). Any thoughts?

Hi bpiela, welcome to the community.
All I can recommend is reviewing our firewall documentation and reviewing the firewall logs for clues as to what exactly is being blocked.
