Cannot see both monitors

I logged in remotely this morning and I cannot see both my monitors.  Both by desktop monitors were appearing on one of my monitors remotely.  However they were tiny and I could not see them.  The one header which usually appears that allows you to change your monitor setting is missing so I cannot fix it to where the monitors are "one per each remote monitor"  Does that make sense?  Help!  I need to know how to  fix it.

    PMPOSS  If this just started occurring, have you done any troubleshooting on the Host PC, like checking for system + driver updates, or performing a re-install / reboot there?
