Captcha

(1) Captcha is junk - it takes many tries with CORRECT answer to be allowed through.

 

(2) What is this about? I finally get the answers they deign to accept and this appears. They are not protecting me - I don't need their protection, I need to be able to use the service I pay for.

    Do you see the same behavior again, after going through the Captcha process and checking the box to confirm your device?
