Yes, I have two monitors at each location.

Thank you. I checked the support ticket comments for metalnancpa and they did not have actual monitors connected, so I would recommend calling our toll-free support if possible so they can investigate your issue directly.

Ok. For reference, it happens every time without fail when I log in. For the first 5 minutes, I can only access one screen. There is no option to connect to the second screen. But then at around that 5 minute mark, the screen flashes about 5 or 6 times slowly, and then it gives me the option to change monitor settings to 2-screens.
