Dual monitors not working from mobile connect to host with dual monitors

I have no video( green lines)  when I try to connect to my host machine with two monitors from my mobile device.  If I disconnect the dock from the host it works fine.   Does anyone know how to fix t...

Glenn,

So switching the cable types did not work and plugging video cables directly to the laptop did not work.  I put everything back to normal and tried from my coworkers phone and he was able to view both monitors without issue.  I tried re-installing logmein on my phone figuring that may help, but it did not unfortunately.  Maybe there's no winning this battle.

    Google Pixel 4A - my coworkers phone is even older

      MGVTX I'm still running some tests to recreate this. I wasn't able to recreate it using my Pixel 5 to connect to my Windows 11 PC which has two monitors. I'll keep trying though.

        Glenn,

         

        So I tried leaving my laptop open, so I had 3 active screens.  I was then able to see the laptop screen, but the other screens were still scrambled lines.
