lma If this is only affecting one Host PC, have you gone through a full re-install of the LMI application, and checked for any system updates along the way?

Just got off the phone with logmein support. We did try an uninstall, but were hung up on a error. Logmein had to take remote control and manually delete some files to have uninstall function without errors. After reinstall everything seems to be working correctly.

Removing and reinstalling which program on which computer - client or host?

We did an full uninstall and reinstall on Host. It seems to have helped. Although today we had to restart the host again, after File Manger wouldn't connect. Hopefully the clean reinstall will limit it to only a couple restarts a week.
