I am having the exact same problem, but it only happened to me.  No one can figure out why or how to fix it.

    GinaD1  JustGoHolidays  I apologize for the recent change there.  We are working to identify the problem and find a resolution for this behavior.

        Yeah still affecting all of our users too - very frustrating as it was working perfectly for weeks before this change occured.
