How to change billing contact for JoinMe subscriptions?
Hello, I want to change the account that is responsible for all billing information related to my organization's JoinMe-subscriptions. How do I proceed?
You are allowed to update billing information online if you are a subscriber, and through our billing team if you have an offline contract.
