How to I remote a PC without using the user and password from the pc?
Hi,
I am trying to remote a pc from another location but the user doesnt want share his user and password from the pc, It is another way to remote that pc without using the physically credential from that pc?
please advise

While the User Name and Password to gain entry to that machine must be manually entered, you can store and edit these through your LMI Pro account: https://documentation.logmein.com/webhelp/EN/Pro/LogMeIn/t_App_iP_ManageLogin.html
