How to stop users from changing options like blank screen, printer, audio, etc
Hi there, we have around 40 clients on our small business Pro account.
We routinely run into issues where a computer locks up but because the blank screen option was enabled on the users end, we are unable to troubleshoot the problem when physically at the workstation.
I would like to know if there is a way to administrate what user accounts are able to change these settings, or if we will need to get Central on top of Pro to be able to lock controls like that.
