I have bought Logmein pro in 2010, It doesn't work anymore!

Hi,
In September 2010 I bought Logmein. I used it for a quiet time. Today I tried to use it again, but I found that I have to pay a subscription. 

Should I?

    We offer Annual subscription renewals for all LogMeIn subscriptions. Have you been renewing since 2010, or was this a one-time purchase?
