iOS beta 12.1.3 no internet connection

I just downloaded the LogMeIn iOS app. I am on the Verizon let network - not a local network. When I started the app it says I have no internet connection.

Hi Raforbessr ,

Do you have any other iOS apps installed on that device that utilize cell data for internet?  If so, are those connecting through Verizon without any issue?

    If course I do - and yes they are all working fine

      Raforbessr  OK, given that the iOS version you have set up is still in the Developer Beta testing phase, I would give LMI some time to fully finish testing in that environment.

        Makes sense - I’ll give it a try on the iPad later. It is the general release.
