Is it legally ensured that the customer data will be handed over to our company in case of a service

Is it legally ensured that the customer data will be handed over to our company in case of a service termination?

Please provide reference if possible.

    ehabisaac  If you fail to download your company data before the service contract expires, then I'm afraid we have no way of granting access to it ourselves (the data remains private to customers only).  As soon as an account becomes active again, then all the reporting data becomes immediately available again.
