Is there any option from web settings to hide the tray icon of the application ??

In Central you can create a Host Preference Package. Under Appearance category there is a "Systray Settings" block where you can control it. Do not forget to assign the package to the host you want set this.

Other option is to set this on the host using the control panel and configure it under settings.
