Issue on multiple remote desktop connections,
When I made multiple remote desktop connections, I could not operate the keyboard on the terminal of the final connection destination.
Please let me know if I need to change the keyboard settings or IME settings.
<Details of the issue>
When I try to operate windows 7 of No3 terminal from No1 terminal, I can use the mouse, but the keyboard input does not work.
However, I can then use the arrow keys and backspace keys.
when RemoteAssist and Remotely Anyware connected, I can also input by keying from the No2 terminal to the No3 terminal via physical keyboard directly.
Is it necessary to change the IME or keyboard settings of the No2 terminal?
Since No3 terminal is an embedded OS, the settings cannot be changed.
And If you have another advice,please let me know.
