Issue with resolution (Mac Host, Windows remote)
Hi, I have a user who can't change the resolution. The only option available in the logmein toolbar is Match Resolution and 1024x768. When I click on match resolution it resets back to 1024x768...
remoterefuge Could you please confirm which LMI desktop app is installed upon the Mac?
I'm not sure what you mean by which desktop app? I downloaded the LMI exe file from our account
I have a screen shot of my LMI software ver if that helps

Yes I looked through this forum before posting, but the solution that you linked I have tried and it did not resolve our issue
