LMI dropping
Hi I have a client that's been working from home for years with LMI without issues but the last 4 or 5 weeks now, LMI is dropping for her. I'm not sure if it's her remote computer or her laptop...

One troubleshooting idea would be to have this laptop connect directly to the LAN instead of using WiFi (assuming they are currently wireless).
