RafaGallardo There aren't any known issues like the one you describe. Is this the only PC that's affected? If so, have you already re-installed the endpoint there?

Thank you. I have reinstalled LOGMEIN and, so far, it has not happened again.

I am having a similar issue. My keyboard seems to simply disconcect when I work with my mouse. I have to minimize and reopen Logmein to get it going again, and sometimes it still doesn't boot back up.
This is aggravating when it comes to emails, but I spend most of my time in adobe programs (very mouse/keyboard heavy programs) and am basically unable to get my work done.
