LogmeIn Client shows offline. Cannot connect to it.

What was the soultion to this? I am now having the exact same issue. The desktop client app says I am offline when I am not. Windows 8.1 pro.

Hi pismo100,

 

That message means that our software is unable to reach our servers. We are not seeing any service issues at this time so this maybe a firewall issue.
