logmein doesn´t work with Windows 10 version 2004

With windows 10 version 2004 started all my problems witn logmein client: I can see all my PCs, but when I want to get control or  transfer files of them, it allways ask me user and password even if...

Hi MonicaMP ,

I'm sorry we don't have full support for Win10 V2004 yet, and we are working fast towards a solution.  Hopefully I'll have more info soon, but in the meantime you might consider rolling back the LMI version installed there.

      Remote User account was STANDARD USER.....changed to ADMINISTRATOR....PROBLEM SOLVED!!
