LogmeIn Is lagging and patchy

Question

Hi,&nbsp;Our staff use LogmeIn for their jobs, almost every day there is a complain of being patchy and slow.&nbsp;For example they cannot use the Designing software when they try to remote in with LogmeIn.&nbsp;As an IT assistant, I need some recommendations, because I am new to this product.&nbsp;What are the main reasons of being slow? What should I check of try to fix?&nbsp;&nbsp;
