Why am I now unable to connect to one of computers, since last year all I had to do was connect via the client app and I was connected. Today for some reason I am asked to enter username and password of which I have entered correctly yet it fails. It asks me to reset login details on the actual computer, this means now I have to waste time traveling to the remote computer to reset it.
Why all of a sudden has this started to happen, I had this problem last year just before my subscription is due which is also due soon this year.
Not happy.
