Logmein problem

Recently - last two weeks, I have not been able to connect to many computers and control them. I show the desktop but I have no control. From the smartphone everything works fine.

Haizad  There's no good reason why you would be able to access the host computers from a mobile device but not your desktop.  Are there any updates for the affected PCs waiting to download or install?
