Mac first time setup permissions issue

Hi MattM33

If the installation was a success, see if they can manually enable the permissions on their Mac this way: 

  1. On the Accessibility Access (Events) dialog box, click Open Security Preferences. The Security & Privacy window appears.
  2. In the bottom-left corner, click the lock icon. An Authentication dialog box appears.
  3. Log in with an Administrator account.
  4. Select LMIGUIAgent.
