Mac first time setup permissions issue

I am having an issue with a user on a Mac setting up the control panel and client where the permissions required (LMI Agent) are immediately checked after first installation, yet the pop up will cont...

Hi MattM33

If the installation was a success, see if they can manually enable the permissions on their Mac this way: 

  1. On the Accessibility Access (Events) dialog box, click Open Security Preferences. The Security & Privacy window appears.
  2. In the bottom-left corner, click the lock icon. An Authentication dialog box appears.
  3. Log in with an Administrator account.
  4. Select LMIGUIAgent.
