Mac OS client always freezes while logging in during Duo authentication step

    Hi stobias, I've see from your support case notes that your were provided an older Mac app version, are you able to sign in successfully now?

Hi stobias, welcome to the community.

 

So when you reset your credentials you went through the process of setting up MFA again with Duo? If you try to log into your account on Logmein.com does Duo prompt you?

    Thank you! Yes I believe I did the full process of setting up MFA with Duo. When I logged onto logmein.com through Firefox it prompted me. On the Mac OS app the progress wheel spins for 3 seconds then the animation stops and it freezes.
